Simple Standards – All projects have the core document set and the information from the document set is visible as a collective at a central management point (e.g. PMO). The documents are not exhaustive but achieve a basic, agreed level of detail.
Charter – outlining the why, what, who, when, how and how much of the work
Plan – A list of activities, estimated duration and the people or roles required for delivery
Budget – an estimate of the overall financial cost to deliver the work
Risk assessment – a document identifying the risks associated with delivery of the project.
