Common Practice – All projects have the core document set, are in one consistent format, and produce additional documents deemed necessary by the organisation.
At this level of maturity, the level of detail within each of the documents is more comprehensive than at the ‘Simple Standards’ level. Additionally,
the process and accountabilities related to the documents is documented and accessible to participants in the process
Regular reporting is produced at the individual project level
Regular reporting is produced for collections of projects.
